How many of you recall when I posted on this little sugar beet back in June?

Well this Big H's pride and joy went from this...

To this...

Big H and I had so much fun watering and weeding this baby and watching it how it overtook flourished in my flowerbed with his green thumb.I think I may have a future FFA member on my hands. Big H and daddy dug it up and then H went to the farm with daddy to say good bye and toss his beet into the lifter to be hauled to the piler to be sent to the factory and made into sugar. Whew, maybe that was too mcuh information for you non-farm folk.



Hayden is now quite excited about all the yummy things that you can make with sugar.
